Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Ralph Gonsalves while speaking on radio this week expressed his dissatisfaction with individuals who refuse to wear masks when required. We hear more from Dr. Gonsalves:
“I can’t believe this, that three or four persons, males, on the flight coming down on Saturday didn’t want to wear masks. Well if you don’t want to wear the mask, don’t come on the plane.”
Prior to the resumption of AA flights from Miami to SVG on July 11, this country had recorded 29 COVID-19 cases, all of which had recovered.
Since July 11, SVG has recorded 21 additional positive COVID-19 cases, 16 of which are related to AA flights coming from Miami on July 11 and July 18.
