The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines will ban the importation of shopping bags, effective March 2020 and on plastic food containers, effective August of 2020.
The announcement was made by Minister of Health Wellness and the Environment, Luke Browne as he spoke in Parliament yesterday morning.
