The government has indicated that it will continue to address issues related to the playing of loud music in vehicles used as public transport.

This is according to Minister of Mobilization, Fredrick Stephenson, responding to a question in parliament last Thursday about the loud and lewd music played in some mini buses.

Minister Stephenson said there ought to be public discussion on the issue, adding that loud music can violate a child’s wellbeing.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves gave the assurance that the government will be seriously addressing this issue.
