Go Electra vessel arrives in Venezuela to explore infrastructure

Venezue­lan Vice Pres­i­dent and Min­is­ter of Pe­tro­le­um, Del­cy Ro­dríguez re­port­ed that the ves­sel “Go Elec­tra” has ar­rived in Venezuela to car­ry out ex­plo­ration of the un­der­wa­ter in­fra­struc­ture in the Drag­on Gas Field.

In a social media post, the Vice President in­di­cat­ed that these ef­forts will al­low “ac­cel­er­at­ing the pro­duc­tion con­di­tions of this im­por­tant project de­vel­oped joint­ly with the Re­pub­lic of T&T and the Shell com­pa­ny.

President Nicolas Maduro stated that this agreement is to work on projects in the Dragon Field in Venezuelan waters, to start producing gas and to go out together to sell it around the world.

He considered it as a message of peace, complementation, solidarity and sovereignty, exercised and shared.
