Seven people were killed in the space of nine hours on Monday, pushing the murder toll to 390 for 2018.

According to the Trinidad Express, the comparative figure for the same period last year was 350 — representing an 11.4 per cent increase.

The latest incidents took place Port of Spain and Maloney, resulting in the deaths of 20-year-old Kyle Vickers, as well as 34-year-old Ramon Cyrillo and 36-year-old Azizi Jelani McKenna.
