The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is still 7.
An update from the Ministry of Health says one person has recovered, 56 persons have been tested and 49 negative results were returned, while Testing is ongoing.
The Ministry says over the weekend, SVG received a set of 400 COVID-19 testing kits from the Pan American Health Organisation, an important and positive development on its journey towards having in-country testing capacity.
According to the Ministry, the police has taken action against persons who have violated home quarantine and moved them into a public quarantine facility.
The Ministry of health urges persons to be responsible with their behaviour.
