The Central Water and Sewerage Authority (CWSA) has introduced an E-Billing service, as part of measures to improve its overall Customer Service.

General Manager of the CWSA, Garth Saunders announced the new service at a press conference this morning at the CWSA’s headquarters at New Montrose.

Mr. Saunders said the E-Billing service which was implemented by the company’s IT department, will allow customers to go online and see their CWSA Bill balance.

Mr. Saunders noted, however, that customers will not be able to pay their bills via the E-Billing service.

That was Garth Saunders, General Manager of the Central Water and Sewerage Authority.

The E-Billing service can be accessed at the website and customers can register online using the security code which is the account number on their bill.
