The Argyle International Airport (AIA) Inc. says it is not responsible for the delays in a carrier’s schedule including that of American cargo airline, Amerijet International.

Hadley Bourne, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Argyle International Airport Inc., said in a statement that Amerijet’s fluctuating arrival times have resulted in escalating delays over the last couple of months.

According to the statement, as of yesterday December 20, 2017, AIA facilitated Amerijet’s request for an arrival at 12:00am.

Despite existing contractual obligations, AIA modified its ground handling shift system in an effort to accommodate Amerijet’s arrival. However, Amerijet once again cancelled this midnight slot, with no new times for operating being confirmed by the airline to date.

The Argyle International Airport reiterates that all flight operation is scheduled and planned as agreed with each carrier.
