Another 150 individuals are set to receive calls from officials informing them of their PRYME grant approval; this is according to Minister of Finance Hon. Camillo Gonsalves.
“We anticipate that about 150 to 200 of those people will be notified in the coming week. Because the committee just made its recommendation on Friday gone, so that last 150 or 200 people would not have received any call yet but they’ll be getting calls in the coming week.
According to the Minister a total 600 applicants have been approved for grants thus far with the average amount being granted being around $6, 500.
“The average value of those grants is about $6,500, now obviously they go up to $40,000 and they’re as low as $2,500.”
