The University of the West Indies (UWI) Open Campus in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of (China) on Taiwan will be hosting an Information Sharing Session today regarding the 2016 Taiwan Scholarship Programme.
The session will take place at the UWI Open Campus Lecture Hall from 5:00 pm.
Ambassador of the Republic of (China) on Taiwan to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, His Excellency Baushaun Ger, will deliver the main presentation on the Taiwan Scholarship Programme.
This will be preceded by a short video presentation on the history and culture of Taiwan.
Members of the public, especially interested students and graduates of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College and the University of the West Indies are encouraged to attend the event which is part of the Open Campus’ overall mandate to engage and deepen relationships with institutions and organizations providing opportunities for students to access Higher Education.
