The Ministry of Health, Wellness, and the Environment of St Vincent and the Grenadines has once again received assistance from long-standing ally, the Republic of China Taiwan in strengthening its capacity to fight the spread of COVID-19.
The Taiwanese embassy presented the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment with a second batch of Medical Supplies which include: four (4) Ventilators, a thermal imaging device for recording temperatures at the arrival lounge at the Argyle International Airport and over 60,000 medical masks.
The Minister of Health, Wellness, and the Environment Hon. Luke Browne, in his address highlighted the necessity of the donated items in continuing to fight and control COVID-19 in SVG.
