A 54 year old farmer of Byrea was arrested by the police for carrying out a gruesome attack on another farmer also of Byrea.
Local Police Authorities told We FM that Lawrence Dabriel is in police custody for chopping Michael Woods – leaving his intestines hanging out.
The authorities said the Victim is at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, receiving medical treatment.
It is unclear what may have lead to the incident.
Police are however carrying out an investigation into the matter.
