On Monday 28th August, 2020, Jamale Harry, 20 year old Vendor of Ottley Hall was arrested and charged for inducing into Her Majesty’s Prison “one pack of Tobacco Leaves, one transparent plastic bag containing plant a quantity of Cannabis and one transparent bag containing cigarettes” which are prohibited articles.
Harry appeared before the Serious Offences Court and pleaded guilty. He was fined $700.00 to be paid forthwith or spend three months in prison.
