During a press conference held by the Ministry of Health, Epidemiologist Tamara Bobb disclosed that an additional 11 cases of COVID 19 have been recorded since the Monday January 25th COVID-19 report.

These new cases now bring the total number of COVID-19 cases in St. Vincent and the Grenadines to seven hundred and seventy four (774), with six hundred and nineteen (619) of these cases being active.

A total of six hundred and thirty three (633) local cases of the virus are currently under investigation.

No new recoveries were announced at the conference, which leaves confirmed recoveries recorded in SVG at one hundred and fifty three (153).

Two (2) COVID-19 related deaths have been recorded.

All residents of and visitors to St. Vincent and the Grenadines are reminded of the importance of consistently wearing facial coverings to protect themselves from being infected with the virus which causes COVID-19.
