West Indies scored 288 for six in their 50 overs against England after losing the toss in the fifth and final one-day international (ODI) in Southampton today.

Shai Hope top-scored with 72 runs from 95 balls while Chris Gayle smashed 40 off 29 balls early in the innings, including 34 runs off six Jake Ball deliveries.

Spinners Adil Rashid, with 1-42, and Moeen Ali, with 1-36, were the pick of the England bowlers.

England leads the five-match series 3-0. The second match was a rain-marred no-result.
