The Unity Labour Party (ULP) officially launched its Youth Manifesto today, outlining the programmes it proposes to implement over the next 5 years to help young people in this country in advancing themselves.

Speaking at a ceremony at the ULP’s Headquarter to lunch the document, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said the manifesto contains 20 Strategic Interventions for Youths.

He said that there are three Central Objectives of the ULP’s Youth Policy.

Among the major issues for Young Persons outlined in the Manifesto include Jobs, Education and Training, Health and Wellness, Housing, Sports and Culture, Citizen Security and Governance.
