Minister of Culture Cecil McKie – says plans are in place for the staging of the Sports Against Crime initiative, slated for Thursday August 1st 2019.
Minister McKie made the comment while speaking during a press conference yesterday to update the public about the plans for the day.
During his remarks, Minister McKie says Thursday’s event promises to be a great event for the entire Family.
Co-ordinator of Cultural and Creative industries at the Ministry of Culture, Rodney Small, says this year’s emancipation day celebration, will be fun filled day of reflection.
