Police have arrested and charged Tyson Spencer with one (1) counts of Attempted Murder and two (2) counts of Wounding with Intent on 29.11.19.
According to investigations, Spencer alleged armed with a gun, shot (3) men, a 23-year-old Auxiliary Police Officer, a 28-year-old Driver and a 32-year-old Unemployed.
The incident occurred on 11.22.19 at Heritage Square, Kingstown.
Two (2) of the victims are currently nursing injuries at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
The accused man appeared before the Serious Offences Court on 02.12.19 for an arraignment and was denied bail.
